Internationally and domestically (Canada), the companies I have worked for have won bids from $10k to $2 billion. Working in large, multinational companies, I assimilated into my toolkit all of their proven marketing, sales, and bid processes. Leveraging this knowledge and streamlining the more bureaucratic procedures from the larger companies, I implemented marketing and bidding processes for small and medium size companies - introducing capture planning, running the bid process, and developing key differentiating materials.
To develop complete proposal submissions, all of these companies required subcontractors. Ensuring our company had the best value for our spend, I collaborated with internal experts to define our requirements, developed and issued RFPs, supported evaluations and selected preferred vendors, and contributed to negotiating contracts. I worked with company approved vendors and pre-qualified new vendors as required.
With my own consulting company now, I offer the above services to my clients. To scale with increased workload, I have two proposal coordinators, two senior procurement professionals, and a graphic designer that subcontract to me as required.
